JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
Serves as a point of contact to deliver a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
Supports job requisition in pipelining, market mapping and candidate sourcing.
Ensuring that all relevant communication to managers and candidates is sent out during the recruitment processes.
Provides best in class brand sourcing support to TA Specialists via digital, marketing campaign and social media tools.
Drive specialized passive candidate marketing plans to create talent communities in CRM.
Continuous improvement of talent acquisition service center processes to support SEA TA operations support.
Develop best Talent Acquisition Service Center recruitment support deliverable in Southeast Asia.
Qualifications:
University degree is desirable
Fluent English language skills is a must have.
Excellent skills in databases, word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing, and presentation applications.
Customer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks
Effective communication and organizational skills
End to end recruitment process knowledge is desirable
Experience working with recruitment technologies (Workday and Phenom is a plus)
This role will be on Abbott contract with 1-year term.
