Position Title: Talent Management Specialist

Salary : RM8,000 - RM9,000 per month
Location: 1 Powerhouse, No. 1 Persiaran Bandar Utama, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia
Working days & hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am to 6.30pm, Friday: 8.30am to 12.30pm ( WFH)Contract duration: 6 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (potential for renewal or convert to permanent subject to performance)We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Talent Management specialist to be part of the People & Culture (P&C) team. In this role, you will support the development and management of Talent, Performance, Learning & Leadership programmes for the business. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate across the local, regional, global stakeholders to enable the Talent Management initiatives in the market.Job Responsibilities:

• Working with the P&C Business Partners, identify skills and capability gaps in the business and deploy solutions leveraging on global learning and leadership offerings and localized interventions.
• Support the utilization of company\'s Learning Management Platform to ensure optimal productivity and employee engagement. Monitor utilization and propose interventions to increase engagements.
• Facilitate communications and delivery of the Performance management processes, employee capability building and continuous performance feedback mechanism.
• Support Talent Review process and monitor the closure of the agreed talent actions.
• Working with the People Engagement lead, support the roll-out of the Company Culture, Employee Engagement & Wellness initiatives in the organization.
• Manage the learning budgets, vendor management and utilization of relevant training related funds (eg. HRDF)

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of progressive working experience in human resources, with focus on Learning & Talent Development.
• Proven passion for people development with expertise in developing and delivering materials and programs; experience in organization talent need analysis is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A graduate degree in business administration, communications, human resources or relevant field. Any specialized course or certifications in the field of Learning & Development is an advantage.
