Seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Management and Organizational Development to lead the organization\'s people strategy. This critical role will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while driving organizational effectiveness. • Design and deliver comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

• Oversee career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Organizational Development:

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation and improve performance.

• Employee Engagement:

• Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
