Seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Management and Organizational Development to lead the organization\'s people strategy. This critical role will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while driving organizational effectiveness. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet future challenges.

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build a strong employer brand to attract and engage top talent.
  • Talent Development:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Implement performance management systems to track employee performance and identify development needs.
  • Oversee career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Organizational Development:
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation and improve performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights.
  • Address employee concerns and provide support to enhance overall well-being.

  • 10+ years of experience in talent management and organizational development roles.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
