This is an exciting opportunity for Talent Sourcing professionals to join Bureau Veritas. We are looking for a recruitment support to support the region across South East Asia to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising, open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.

Successful candidate will leverage their expertise on talent identification and research, creating market maps and talent pools to add value to our talent sourcing function.

Scope of activities:

  • Proactively leverage their expertise in the identification and research, of talent, creating market maps and talent pipelines partnering closely with our in-country business stakeholders / Human Resources / Recruiters to meet the current and future hiring needs of the organization.
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Pipelining talent and creating talent pools in anticipation of business needs.
  • Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end.
  • Internal database management using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Establish networks and referral sources in the segments that align to the business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Sourcing experience, ideally in an internal or RPO environment with any business or HR related qualifications or equivalent
  • At least 2 - 4 years working experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Expert in leveraging innovative search techniques, advanced Boolean and range of search tools
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with experience handling high mandate volumes with demonstrated urgency
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Excel and PowerPoint functions).
