Manage all testing and the documentation for the project
Shall ensure quality delivery from the project installation and coordinate handover to client and internal service department
To review the project design and ensure operation feasibility
To verify and evaluate the quality and performance of the equipment/ system according to the specification and requirement before delivery to the client
Involve in project early stage to understand the construction and Testing & Commissioning requirement
Ensuring work compliances to standards, in accordance with engineering practices
Understanding Built Plans (M&E), Technical Literature and Equipment Manuals
Equipment trouble-shooting, root cause analysis, review and propose solutions
Reports to T&C Manager and Project Manager for any work issues and non-compliances
Conduct the 5 levels of commissioning.
Support Project Team on any technical issues related to Testing Procedures
Prepare T&C test sheets & documentation prior T&C inspection
Schedule & Coordinate all T&C activities including attending equipment SAT Testing and submitting site Inspection reports
Liaise with project T&C consultant on all T&C matters, and ensure all reports are compile and submitted after every inspection
Compile, review and submit all T&C MOS for consultant review and approval
Depending on project need, this position may be located On-Site or Off-Site and requires frequent travel to the project site.
