• Ensure timely processing of all employee expense that goes into manual Audit queue. Investigate and follow-up with user to close any audit item in a timely manner.
• Respond to and resolve queries relating to Travel and Expense audit queries from internal stakeholders
• Review any transactions that does not follow the audit process, investigate and resolve any audit issues arise.
• Maintain excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate in effectively explaining to customers the origin of and reasoning behind key policies, practices, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance or relevant field
• Minimum of 2-year experience in expense management
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office suite \xe2\x80\x93 primarily Excel and Outlook and SharePoint
• Experience with ERP system(s) is required; including SAP Concur
