We\'re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and provide strategic ideas to help achieve our goals. We\'re hiring a rockstar Account Manager (Corporate) to be based in Klang Valley. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing management strategies. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will collaborate with our other verticals of the business closely for alignment. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our management.

Responsibilities

Tasked with the ownership and care of a portfolio of key partner accounts, you will be expected to:

  • Lead an Account Management team consisting of Key Account Managers, Account Managers & Account Management Executives
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing key partners and proactively identify further new business opportunities
  • Be both data-sensitive and sales-minded
  • Monitor vertical level accounts performance metrics and ensure compliance with foodpanda\'s operational standards
  • Work with internal support functions to ensure that key account on-boarding, expansion and promotions are executed according to plan
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and e-commerce
  • Design, execute and analyse promotional campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology or other relevant field of study.
  • 8 years+ of work experience within a client management role preferable including e-commerce experience
  • Proven B2B sales experience would be an advantage, preferably within the areas of retail, F&B, media, advertising and e-commerce
  • A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn
  • A proficient communicator with experience in presenting to high level executives
  • Experience leading a team is a must
  • Strong analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge in Salesforce is a plus
  • Team player with good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to write and communicate in English persuasively. Ability to speak in other languages a plus
