As a Team Lead - Factory Integration (ERP), you will be responsible for leading ERP system integration projects within the technology department of the industrial and manufacturing sector. The role involves designing and implementing integration in and between factory systems and core enterprise platforms such as ERP Systems and other global applications.

• Lead ERP system integration projects to enhance factory operations and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with existing tools and software.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, recommending improvements as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
• Facilitate training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient with ERP systems.
