Demonstrated track record of developing new opportunities, closing accounts and exceeding sales targets.
Past experience in manage a sales team or in relevant field.
High energy, passionate and deeply empathetic of the customer.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently.
Excellent communication skills, and good command in English is essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
Lead a team to contact, engage and sell to parents/students our classes and educational products through telesales, instant messaging and other communication tools.
Pursue the sales opportunities and close the deals effectively.
Train members to handle enquiries on sales, quotations, and service enquiries promptly.
Update all activities in Sales Reporting Tool in a timely manner.
Provide excellent services and delight customers to attract word-of-mouth referrals.
Attend any marketing events when required.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required
