Description

  • Provide first level of customer service support.
  • Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries, request and complaints pertaining to RHB\'s equity or futures trading products & services via telephone, email and chat platform promptly.
  • Provide an accurate, efficient and good quality service that leads to high customer satisfaction.
  • Perform and complete any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior to gain exposure and learn additional skills.





Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Call Centre environment.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and BM.
  • Fluency in other languages will be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and ability to work effectively with people from all levels.
