Job Description

: Job Purpose
Asssist the supervisor in the collection of data and perform the financial data analysis. Prepare forecast, budget and management reports.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, investigate on any unfavourable variance and unbudgeted expenses. Compile, report and highlight the material fluctuation/ matters to the head of departments
• Identify technology cost optimization opportunities, update and track the progress of the selected optimization initiatives.
• Assist to plan for the technology spend for the next budgeting cycle.
• Coordinate meetings and discussions with the stakeholders (e.g. IT Heads of Department, Group Finance).
• Perform journal entries posting, reconciliation and etc.
• Others

• Other related tasks as and when is needed by Management
• Drive internal financial processes, reporting and communications
• Supporting the delivery of tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time

Job SpecificationQualifications(Basic Degree/Diploma etc.)

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent

Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements-
Relevant Work Experience

• Experience with large-scale environment including understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, system and IT industry standards
• Experience in data-handling and analysis

• Data-handling and analysis
• Able to generate & document tables, listings and graphs for reports
• Microsoft Office. Any relevant experience in Tableau will be an advantage
