Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone early in their tech career who enjoys solving practical problems, working closely with people, and being involved in both office and on-ground support. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems, devices, and platforms function smoothly across HQ and all outlets.

Key ResponsibilitiesHQ Technology Support

Provide first-level support for

laptops, software, user accounts, and licenses

Assist HQ staff with system access, troubleshooting, and setup Support internal tools including productivity and collaboration platforms

Outlet Technology Support

Provide on-ground and remote support for: Internet and networking issues Mobile devices CCTV systems Visit outlets when required to resolve technical issues Be available

on-call for urgent operational incidents

POS System Support (Zeoniq)

Support daily POS operations and troubleshoot issues Configure and maintain: Menus, Pricing, Campaigns and promotions Assist with

new outlet POS setup

, with structured handover to the Projects team

Food Aggregator Support

Manage and support platforms including: Grab, FoodPanda, ShopeeFood Ensure menu, pricing, and promotions are accurate and synchronised Liaise with aggregator support teams when issues arise

Website & Application Support

Monitor website and mobile app availability and performance Perform basic administrative tasks (hosting panels, DNS, CMS, app dashboards) Coordinate with external vendors for escalations or system updates

HQ Technology Support

Provide first-level support for

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in

IT support, tech support, systems support, or POS support

Comfortable with hands-on troubleshooting (hardware and software) Basic understanding of: Windows Google Suite Networking and internet setups Software tools and license management Willingness to travel to outlets when required Willingness to be on-call for operational emergencies

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
