1.1 Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
1.2 Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.
1.3 Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions related to hardware, software, printer/photocopier, server, network etc.
1.4 Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
1.5 Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
1.6 Collaborate with IT Infra Executive and departments to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
1.7 Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and applications.
1.8 Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in technical support to enhance departmental efficiency.
1.9 Adhere to IT policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, ensuring data confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
1.10 Maintain and support the company email (Microsoft Office 365).
1.11 Maintain and support the company door access system: EntryPass.
1.12 Maintain and support the attendance system: Biotime.
Qualifications/Experience/Skill
1.1 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree, preferably in IT/Computer Sciences related course.
1.2 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
1.3 Excellent communication (oral and written) and maintain positive relationships with internal or external parties.
1.4 Ability to work independently and flexibly with a good attitude.
1.5 Off-hour support where needed especially for critical system issues.
1.6 Responsible, resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
1.7 Experience in O365.
