Job Title: Technical Clerk/Technician

Job Summary:
The Technical Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the technical or engineering team, ensuring all documentation, records, and reports are properly managed and updated to support smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, type, and distribute technical documents, reports, and correspondences.
Maintain accurate filing systems for drawings, specifications, and project documents (both hard copy and electronic).
Assist engineers/technicians in compiling data, reports, and material requisitions.
Update and monitor maintenance or project schedules.
Handle purchase requisitions, quotations, and tracking of materials or equipment.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other departments on technical documentation or delivery matters.
Perform data entry and record-keeping for maintenance logs or quality records.
Ensure all technical documentation complies with company standards and version control procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Engineering, Technical, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and document management systems.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team
