You will be an experienced IT professional with advanced technical knowledge who knows how to seamlessly integrate sophisticated technical deployments with exceptional customer experiences. You'll be focused on driving rapid value realization for clients while upholding exemplary technical standards and superior client engagement capabilities.
The role is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fast growing and fast paced divisions within Access. This position serves as the critical link between technical implementations and outstanding customer service, ensuring clients receive excellent technical onboarding experiences throughout their relationship with Access.
