As we grow, we're looking for a

hands-on and tech-savvy Technical Assistant

to support our R&D and production teams. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with hardware, assembling prototypes, and supporting the development of new machinery and devices.

What You'll Do

Technical Support & Assembly

Assist in the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of machinery and electronic components. Support the setup and maintenance of prototypes, tools, and workstations. Perform basic wiring, soldering, and component installation. Help monitor and maintain equipment used in development and production.

Product Development Support

Work closely with engineers and designers to bring product concepts to life. Support prototyping efforts, including 3D printing, cutting, drilling, and material handling. Assist in preparing technical documentation and assembly guides. Help with basic measurements, testing, and data collection for R&D purposes.

Inventory & Workshop Management

Manage and organize tools, spare parts, and materials in the workshop. Monitor technical inventory and alert the team when supplies run low. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related technical field. 1-2 years of experience in a technical or workshop support role (fresh grads with the right skillset are welcome!). Basic knowledge of electronics, mechanical assembly, and troubleshooting. Familiar with tools like multimeters, soldering irons, screwdrivers, drills, etc. Able to read basic technical drawings or wiring diagrams. Detail-oriented, hands-on, and eager to learn. Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Bonus Points

Experience working with small machinery, 3D printers, or CNC machines. Comfortable with software tools like Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Arduino IDE. Familiar with safety standards and procedures in a workshop environment. Passion for DIY, tinkering, or building things.
