Implement vendor claim recovery processes and service improvements.
Report performance and escalations to Head of Operations & Supply Chain.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering, IT, or related field.
5-8 years technical operations/service management experience
, preferably in POS, AIDC, or IT distribution.
Strong leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with vendor RMA processes and B2B SLA standards.
