Technical Publication Executive
Job Description
Liaise with other sections and organization as necessary to ensure efficient and timely distributions of publication.
Ensure that all technical publication including in-house / out-house generated revision or amendments are complete and up to date to support aircraft operations and amendments are disseminated to all relevant parties.
Monitor publications that require revision to ensure the subscription remain current.
Organize and control Master records of technical manual revision status.
Ensure all publication are filed to the manual master list and sectional procedure.
Ensure all correspondence and other material are file accordingly.
Assure complete and satisfactory condition of technical manuals on board aircraft.
Regularly check that all publication stores in the Technical Publications library are in good condition and clearly labelled as per inventory list.
Technical Publications library is maintained in order. Ensure room is safe from any hazard and library is always secured.
Any other relevant duty as assigned by the superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
