Job Description

We are a leading manufacturer of

innovative, high-quality concrete masonry solutions

(like concrete blocks, pavers, etc.). We are seeking a highly motivated

Technical Sales Engineer

to drive adoption of our products. If you have a strong technical background in

Civil Engineering/Construction

and a passion for turning technical expertise into strong customer partnerships, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

Sales & Relationship Management:

Proactively identify and develop strong, lasting relationships with new and existing

developers, contractors, architects, and consultants.

Deliver compelling

technical presentations

and product demonstrations both in-office and on-site to influence product specification.

Technical & Design Support:

Prepare

AutoCAD drawings

and comprehensive technical proposals tailored to client project requirements. Collaborate with the Technical Manager to prepare accurate

design calculations

and provide value-engineered solutions.

Qualifications

Location:

Near KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management,

or a closely related technical field. Proven ability to read, interpret, and work with

building technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Minimum

1 year of relevant working experience

(preferably in construction, building materials, or technical sales). Strong work ethic and commitment to

professionalism and punctuality

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

is essential, along with strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong written and verbal communication skills

Language:

Fluency in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

is essential; ability to communicate in other languages (e.g., Mandarin/Cantonese) is a strong advantage. Willingness to work a half-day schedule on

Saturdays.

Basic Salary:

RM3,500 - RM5,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
