Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to prepare sales quotations meeting client technical requirement for products Responsible to create work order file for each new order Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential and existing clients. Assist in developing proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines. Act as liaison between the customer and internal teams during the sales process. Create and review engineering drawings, layout, and schematics using CAD software. Ensure all designs comply with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards relevant to the oil and gas industry. Optimise designs for cost-effectiveness and manufacturability. Collaborate with project management, production, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct risk assessments and commissioning activities as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and challenges. Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and maintenance recommendations. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products. Recommend improvements to products, designs, or processes to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Use customer input and sales information to design, develop, test, and implement complex mechanical problems and applications. Ensure the technical accuracy of specific design details. Preparation of bill of materials and price listing. Manage activities with a view to complying activities with respect to the Company's Quality Management System. Implement and contribute to procedures, recording systems and instructions needed for the execution of the set targets ensuring optimum attention to safety, health and welfare. Develop and maintain close working relationships on a proactive basis with each of the operating units within the Company.
