Technical Sales Executive

Job Description


  • Minimum 1 years of commercial experiences in food ingredient or food service industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Travel is a requirement for this role
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for sales performance, meeting sales targets and market share expansion.
  • Accountable for business development to meet targets and objectives set by company.
  • Input sales planning & order for management.
  • Explore new channels and market opportunities.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Territory coverage to ensure our product is introduced to the market effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams (technical, R&D, supply chain, etc) to ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet customer requirements.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
