As a Technical Sales Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the intersection of engineering and business development. You will assist the team in bridging technical knowledge with customer needs through sales support, client engagement, and product understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents according to client and project requirements. Support in maintaining and updating customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records. Coordinate sales inquiries, client communication, and follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in preparing sales performance reports and market analysis to support business decisions. Assist in organizing marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, and technical presentations. Provide administrative support in sales documentation, project coordination, and filing systems. Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to understand product specifications, applications, and technical solutions for clients. Gain in-depth exposure to Hydroaxys products, technologies, and business processes, learning how technical knowledge is applied in real-world business settings.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a

Diploma or Degree

in

Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields

Interest in

sales, marketing, and client relationship management

Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Internship Details

Duration:

Minimum 6 - 9 months

Allowance:

RM800

Monday to Friday, regular office hours
