A leading Singapore based company specializing in RF and Microwave connectivity solutions for the electronics industry, provides PCB design services tailored to RF technology systems designers, integrators, and product designers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve revenue target for RF Division through effective marketing strategy execution.
• Increase sales revenue and create new revenue streams by identifying opportunities in RFM products (e.g., RF cable assemblies, Power Amplifiers) within Test & Measurement and Communications market segments.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager in developing Key Customers in Malaysia.
• Engage directly with customers for sales, product applications, and technical inquiries.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
• Maintain sales activity updates in CRM.
• Plan, organize, and manage customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish strong relationships and networks with both new and existing customers.
• Work closely with the customer service team to meet delivery reliability targets.
• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities from new or existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities from key line cards.
• Collaborate closely with the Country Manager in Malaysia to develop unique propositions that address market needs through our product line and services.

• Degree, preferably in Electrical and RF/Electronic Engineering
• At least 5-8 years in RF Passive Products/RF industry
• Experience in RF Cable and Cable Assembly is an added advantage.
• Good track record on Sales performance
• Required skill(s): Sales Forecast & Planning, Project Management Skill
• Ability to understand the client\'s needs & present solutions.
