Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical services and post-sales support for oil palm seedlings, while maintaining product quality, company reputation, and the continued use of the product by customers.

Provide education and technical guidance on proper planting techniques for oil palm seedlings, both in the pre-nursery and main nursery stages.
Follow up on all issues and complaints received by Damimas related to field problems such as poor growth, abnormalities, or non-compliance with maintenance standards, including conducting investigations and providing solutions.
Document and report all customer visit results, to be used for evaluation and follow-up actions for continuous improvement.
Build customer trust and loyalty to ensure they continue purchasing from Damimas by maintaining good communication, relationships, and providing consultation for any inquiries.
Conduct socialization or outreach regarding Damimas products to potential customers, including farmers, cooperatives, and companies.
Monitor Damimas material used for observation or research in internal or external areas when required.
Job Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor Degree, Agronomy
Work Experience : Minimum 3 years of working experience
Technical Competency : Agronomy
Placement in Riau
