Responsibilities

Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
Act as the initial point of contact for all networking products, IT hardware and
system related concerns from clients.
Assist technical support team in creating training materials pertaining to network
products, IT hardware, troubleshooting and usage.
Assembly, setup & configure for networking products & IT hardware.
Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose
hardware problems.
Resolve technical issues related to our distribute products.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering
(Industrial) or equivalent.
Required language(s) : English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Full-Time position(s) needed.
Self-transport needed.
