To handle service fault complaints, other enquiries and status communications for all Client\'s customers subscribing to client\'s product; both towards customers and Client\'s service restoration management team to meet customer expectation in the most efficient operational procedures, processes and support systems and timely manner and to ensure continuous service within MCMC specification.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering Electrical / Electronic / Computer Science / IT / Telecommunication (network) or others.
FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. On-The-Job training will be provided.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
Good communication skills; written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and interaction skills
Team-oriented and aptitude for problem-solving.
Good computer skills.
Sound knowledge of computer networking would be an added advantage.
Computer literate & proficient in ms office (excel / word / ppt).
