Job Summary

The Technical Training Executive will be based in Bukit Minyak, Penang.
Responsible for effective technical training of employees to assure understanding and conformance to established systems, procedures, processes and job responsibilities.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Create and support standard work and technical training practices. Specific responsibility includes GMP/GDP awareness and training
• Validate technical training effectiveness through the audit process.
• Perform training needs analysis and establish training matrix for the site
• Develop and monitor training plan for employees in all functions encompassing procedures, work instructions, quality plans, and forms.
• Maintain relevant training records for employees
• Provide support and documentation expertise to initiatives (edit standard work documentation, oversee training/retraining, and provide suggestions on what training tools would be most effective) as necessary.
• Lead and coordinate the culture formation and build-up steeped in GMP/GDP practices.
• Partner in safety and quality training within the site.
• Develop themselves and others to support organizational readiness.
• Act as a liaison for "Best Practice" communication across the sites.
• Publish communications and updates through the established structure and network as necessary.
• Provide consistent updates and provide feedback to managers and supervisors on trainees' progress and aptitudes.
• Ability to manage projects and work in a cross functional team.
• Follows all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by the department.

Here is some of what you'll need:

• A degree preferably in electronics, mechanical, automation or manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge and experience in GMP / GDP are preferred.
• Requires candidate to be specialized in operations training management.
