To assemble hardware kiosk hardware and software as per project specification.
To assist Project Manager executing the project initiatives including planning, assembling and deployment.
To provide customer support for kiosk user and customer via remote and onsite
To troubleshoot and diagnose kiosk issue to determine resolution to be carried out.
To perform on site installation, troubleshooting, maintenance of kiosk.
To install and configure appropriate software/hardware of kiosk and ensure its functioning as per the specifications.
To conduct training on operation and kiosk handling to user as and when required.
To raise, update, close issue ticket within the predefined SLA
To prepare performance reports as required by customer and management.
Requirement
Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position.
Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English
Has D class driving license.
Has good understanding on computer system and payment kiosk software and hardware
Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, engineering or relevant fields
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
