Job Description
Working Location: Graha Maju Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00 am to 6:00 pm) - [Office Hour] / Alternate Saturday (9.30am - 1.30pm) Basic Salary: RM1,700 \xe2\x80\x93 RM2,000 + Unlimited Commission ( Above 1k -2k) Requirement:
- Ability to work in dynamic/rapid changing work environment
- Ability to learn new insurance products quickly.
- Good communication skills with good telephone skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Pleasant personality, hardworking, willing to learn and a team player.
- Good interpersonal skills & Good communication skills in English & B.M. Knowledge of Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
- To perform insurance products and promotion sales via telephone.
- To deliver professional, cost effectively and quality telesales to achieve the mission and objectives of the outbound call centre.
- To provide excellent customer service beyond customer expectation.
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
