Job Responsibility Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospect and qualify potential clients. Utilize various lead sources to identify new business opportunities. All leads and client contacts are provided. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for further engagement. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our [products/services] and their benefits. Clearly communicate product features, advantages, and unique selling points to potential clients. Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative conversations with prospects to understand their needs and challenges. Tailor product presentations to demonstrate how our solutions meet client requirements. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential clients. Nurture leads through follow-up calls, emails, and other communication channels. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales target Track and report on sales performance using CRM tools. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in the shared client information system. Job Requirements Prior experience in tele sales , telemarketing , customer service , sales , promoter or a similar role. Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia Female above 21 yrs old only Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Preference for Work from Home or Remote Office Locations KL, Selangor Must have own Mobile Handphone device. Must have own Laptop, Computer or Tablet Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and remotely.
