Job Responsibilities: 1) Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion. 2) Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs. 3) Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales. 4) Responsible for hunting monthly sales, able to communicate and negotiate with customers. 5) Able to sell the products and services provided by the company to clients. 6) To ensure and utilize the leads name provided by the Manager/Team Leader by calling minimum 50-100 names per day. 7) To ensure proper guidance and communication with customers for all terms and conditions by the company have been set. 8) Prompts communication with your colleague and superior. 9) Accumulate data for documentation in order to proceed client\'s case submission to the bank and regular daily reporting to superiors. Job Requirements: 1) At least 1 year of industrial sales experience or other related fields will be an advantage. 2) Able to communicate and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage. 3) Is proficient with Microsoft Office. 4) Ability to work in a team, has self-initiative and able to work with minimal supervision. 5) Discipline, independent personality and result & profit oriented. 6) Team spirited, motivated, responsible and positive work attitude. 7) Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
