Sunway Medical Centre Bandar Sunway is Hiring!

Job Scope:

Responsible for smooth handling of incoming and outgoing calls. Answer all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner and to practice Standard Answering Phrase. Assist patients and make appointments through Arcus (hospital information system). Handle irate callers professionally and courteously by helping them to resolve their issues or redirecting the calls accordingly. Assist in ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned.

Job Requirements:

Higher Secondary/STPM/A-Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent. Minimum

1 year

of relevant working experience, preferably with telecommunication background. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and make appropriate decisions in difficult situations. Skills: Customer service, self-initiative, multitask, responsive, independent, and communication.

Willing to work on shifts (including night shifts), weekends and public holidays.

On the job training & uniform will be provided!

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
