Role Highlights:
Conduct 100% outbound calls to existing bank customers
Promote and cross-sell credit card balance transfers and personal loans
Maintain accurate call records and follow up with customers when necessary
Deliver high-quality customer engagement while meeting sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
Willing to work occasional extended hours
