POSITION TITLE: Telesales Representative - Healthcare

CONTRACT DURATION: 12 Months

SALARY: Not limited to RM3,300 (Salary negotiable based on experience)

BENEFIT: Incentives/Commission, paid in quarterly based on the achievement. Completion Bonus: 1 x Base Salary after 1 year contract completion. Office vehicle parking reimbursement.

WORK LOCATION: Uptown One, Jalan SS21/58, Damansara Utama. 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 08:30AM - 05:30PM

JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE:

• Deliver \'End to End Sales Operational\' process within this role\'s territory to drive business results through reinforcing Commercial Excellence enablers by implementing processes, system and tools of Customer Segmentation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company\'s reputation
• Go the \'Extra Mile\' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Medicine / Medical Science / Pharmacy/Pharmacology / Marketing, Science & Technology or equivalent
• Proven track record of 1-2 years of experience as Telesales Representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• High level of energy and an aptitude to manage a complex external environment
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
