Assist the Project Manager in handling of documents administrative work in accordance to company SOP To keep track on site daily records, update progress of work and filing of correspondences - for Site/Consultant/HQ. Update & monitor stage claim. Responsible for the general office administration which include office automation, equipment, facilities, filing systems, printing & stationery, general office supplies, services, expenses, etc.

Job Requirements: -



Microsoft Office skills Written in English and Bahasa Malaysia 2 years experience in site administration in property development will be advantages. Autocad skills will be advantages
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
