Job Description


Location: HQ, Menara Southpoint, Mid Valley

Department: Office Strategy & Solutions (Office Leasing)

Portfolio: Tenancy Management

Responsibility:

  • Handle renewal process from negotiations to finalising tenancy renewal documents.
  • To maintain accurate and up to date records of tenancies / portfolios of clients
  • Keep all data and tenancies detail organised at all time
  • Track tenancy expiry and highlight critical dates to the team and client.
  • Focus on clients\' needs and requirements. Conduct research and groundwork to understands clients\' business.
  • Attend to clients\' queries, provide strategic solution efficiently.
  • Relocation / new office set up support - Search for building options, building options tour, review & compare options, financials and non-financials review, negotiations, securing tenancy to finalising tenancy documents.
  • To oversee the portfolio of properties and provide regular update to ensure team\'s alignment.
  • To monitor and guide subordinates (if any) to ensure targets are achieved as a team.
  • To be proactive and involve in business development
Requirements:
  • Degree in Real Estate / Property or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years\' experience in tenancy management / lease administration/ commercial leasing services
  • Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Excel and able to quickly adapt to Tenancy Management Software
