OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

This position will be responsible for consolidating, updating, completing Request for Information (FRI), when received from internal customers, and align opportunities together with Company's growth & strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Consolidate data and update information for Request for information (RFI) based on RFI Frequent Asked Questions (FAQ) Database and Resource Centre
• Handle Request for Information (RFI) within the required timeframe.
• Manage RFI library materials and validate RFI FAQ answers with respective departments on regular basis.
• Add new FAQ questions in RFI Library from newly completed RFIs
• Ensure RFI compliance to internal policy and process requirements
• Ability to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders across hierarchy levels within the organisation

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Bachelor's level
• At least 4-5 years' experience in a relevant capacity
• Knowledge of MS Office, advanced MS excel experience
• Excellent communications skill
• Solution oriented mindset
• Understanding of the logistics business (preferred)
