Primary Objective:
Maximizing collection effort to meet the productivity and collection targets.
Manage the portfolio and ensure that all accounts are being visited within the turnaround time.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Support
- Maximize collection effort and work as a team in achieving the monthly target and minimize the loan loss provision.
- Conduct day, night, weekend and outstation visits as assigned.
- Negotiate overdue payment with the customer and consistently monitor for the payments.
- Perform in-house calling to consistently focus on collections.
- Recommend alternative solutions to assist customer to overcome financial difficulties.
- Handle difficulty customer tactfully, if unable to handle then to escalate to next level immediately.
- Escalate to Team Lead for any suspicious activities in customer's account for further investigation.
- Ensure strict adherence to all credit policies and procedures, BNM guidelines, compliance and etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - any related field..
Minimum of 1 years experiences in Collection and Recovery at a financial institution.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Performance and target driven.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to drive with good driving skills, and follow systems.
- Familiar with Klang Valley and Outstation route maps.
