Job Description

Description Primary Objective: Responsible for timely and accurate preparation and submission of unitholders\' reports and regulatory reports. Liaison point for all queries in reporting to management, unitholders and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities: Strong familiarity in process/guidelines related to overall funds\' financial and regulatory reporting. Prepare full sets of quarterly/ semi-annual/ annual unitholders\' reports, including the notes to accounts and supporting schedule. Review the draft unitholder\'s reports received from the Outsourced Service Providers including all the notes and supporting schedules. Prepare all monthly regulatory reports and obtain verification and approval from team lead prior to submission. Ensure timely submission of the regulatory reports and unitholders\' reports before deadline. Coordinate with other teams and external parties for information sharing and sending of reports. Good problem solving skills in performing fund activities Be meticulous, detail-oriented and careful in numbers when performing assigned tasks. Participate in initiatives and projects. Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk and compliance requirements Continuously drive improvements and enhancements to operational efficiency. Provide cross support to other teams and sections within RHBAM Operations where required. Requirements Requirements: Diploma - Accounting or related field.
