Description

Primary Objective:

  • Execute required operational task and provide operational expertise to teams
  • Preparation for Requirement Change Request
  • UAT management on all CRs raised by Payment Operations
  • Perform UAT on all CRs raised by Payment Operations SPS
  • Support and assist other BGs/FGs system enhancement/automation to increase productivity/reduce cost/internal or external compliance/new product launched etc
  • Expertise advisor particularly on the relevant systems handled by Payment Operations

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills
  • Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team
  • Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and teams

BAU:
  • Raise Change Request on enhancements/new processes identified/agreed by Team Lead/Circle Lead
  • Collaborate with Engagement Manager/Project Manager/IT Support to coordinate pre UAT discussions with all relevant parties (including vendors, if applicable) to ensure all requirements are able to be delivered timely
  • Prepare all documentary requirements pre/during and post UAT which includes PRCA/TCOE documents/releases notes, circulars or any other document required from time to time.
  • Maintain proper records of all the documents for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Perform end to end testing\xe2\x80\x99s (UAT) inclusive of both negative and positive scenarios, check the testing result and ensure all relevant reports/files are correctly reflected.
  • Engage the assistance of other teams necessary to complete the UAT as and when required (eg Software Centre programmers, Finance team, O&M and other relevant BGs/FGs) to ensure test results are satisfactory, complete and ready for production.
  • Perform pre and post implementation verification as and when required.
  • Provide effective assistance /support to other users/vendors etc on system related and production issues on an urgent basis.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time.
  • Participate and complete all related BCPs/DRPs and submit all relevant reports within the stipulated timeline.
  • Provide effective assistance/support to other users/vendors etc on system related and production issues on an urgent basis.
  • Complete all related IDs or system maintenance within the SLA.




Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Banking/Finance or related fields.




Minimum 5 years working experience in a financial institution
  • Good knowledge and understanding of banking operations and its related rules and regulations
  • Knowledge in bank application systems
  • Innovative, creative and critical thinking
  • Good attitude and able to work independently
  • Result oriented
  • Expertise and capability of performing tasks relevant to the domain and delivering required output
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Ability to provide answers to impromptu questions
  • Good communication skills (ability to communicate/collaborate with team members)
  • Ability to be patient and actively listens to others and understand others\xe2\x80\x99 view
