Manage the group processes by assisting the business/operating units in formulating their operational requirements in meeting our customer\xe2\x80\x99s expectations.
Ensure adequate Process Governance is adopted by all relevant business/operating units in their processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direction and guidance in respect of the following responsibilities to the Group, including local and foreign subsidiaries:
Review the development of new/changed processes as defined by process owners to enhance customer\xe2\x80\x99s experience, mitigate operational losses, reduces operational cost & maximize operational efficiency.
Active participation in process development by providing input on best concept for best industry practice and regulatory compliance.
Provide effective documentation review of operational documents related to processes, services, products and systems to process owners.
Assist to address process/procedural issues.
Manage the implementation of process changes arising from new or revised processes with clear communication to the relevant users and authorities within and outside RHB Banking Group.
Make clarification on existing policies, procedures, documentation, industry best practices. Liaison on issuance and portal matter.
Liaise with Audit and Group Risk to include controls or risk mitigation factors in new or changes processes and with Group Compliance on adherence to regulatory requirements.
Share best practices.
Oversee/approve the dissemination of approved documents effectively.

Requirements:
Formal Education:
Degree in related disciplines e.g. Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting
Preferred level of Experience (by years/function/industry):
Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Institutions preferably with 2 years of Systems & Methods related work.
Other skills required:
Strong documentation & writing skills with proficiency in English and standard Microsoft Office/flowchart skills.
Fair knowledge of banking products and services.
Fair knowledge of the industry best practices & statutory requirements
Resourceful, very focused & highly committed to timelines
Able to work independently * Able to work well in a team environment
