Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
Willing to travel out-station/ overseas.
Professional, organized, motivated, energetic and work well alone & team and committed to deliver quality service.
Good command of the Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin language (written and spoken)
Knowledge of Tour Plan would be a plus
Plan, implement and monitor the execution of marketing related activities to ensure set targets are achieved.
Maintain customers\' database and handle customer enquiries.
Conduct canvassing calls on regular basis & develop a network of customers
Conduct market research
Assist in the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
Assist to monitor external sales & marketing agencies as required.
Provide high level of service to achieve new or repeated business

Responsibilities

Handling tour related enquiries from local & overseas agents/corporate.
Handling MICE & Incentive enquires from local & overseas agent/corporate.
Managing booking in ticketing system, flight ticket and other third-party hotels booking platforms.
Arranging outbound ground tour with partner tour operators.
Updating contracts with local & overseas agents & partners.
Profit & Loss updating for bookings performed
