Record receipt of documents in the Incoming Documents Register / Incoming Mail Register / Incoming Fax Register. Acknowledge receipt of Trade Services request (document) from customers / branches /other bank / other business unit. Check, verify, process, input and authorize trade transactions Ensure accuracy of data input and registration of trade transactions. To perform data input and scanning of documents into the system. Tracking payments of outstanding bills and paid transactions. Carry out any duties as may be assigned by Head \xe2\x80\x93 TSC or team leader from time to time.
