Requirements
Education & Experience

Diploma or higher qualification, additional certification in facilitation, training, or adult learning is a plus.
Minimum 5 years' experience in training, education, or retail operations within the luxury beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare.
Proven experience in group facilitation and in-store coaching.
Willingness to travel frequently across Malaysia for training and field coaching.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to inspire and influence diverse learners.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and passion for people development.
Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin is an advantage.
Passion for luxury beauty and continuous learning.
