a) Facilitate and lead the implementation of training program (technical and soft skills) as well as management of training center facilities (Safety, PCM and technical - electrical/automation, mechanical/welding, vulcanization and IT labs).Job Requirements:
a) Bachelor\'s degree and diploma in Engineering/ Management or related field. b) 5 years of experience in large companies.
c) 3 years of experience in training management.
d) Trainer Training TTT Certification.
e) Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, with a proven record of leading Continuous Improvement deployment programs.
f) Advanced Statistical Analysis Skills and Change Management Skills.
g) Good at process control (process-oriented professional), teamwork and communication.
h) Able to work on the construction of training matrices/plans and their execution, working in partnership with the respective teams.
