Transport Contracts Admin Oil & Gas Industry 12 Months (Renewable Contract) Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur RM 2500 - RM 2800 Monday to Friday I 8.00am to 5.00pm Duties : Support in transactions related to monthly Freight Self-Billing payment process Processing payment of Supplier\'s invoices & raise credit note to Haulier / supplier. Provide monthly reporting for submission to RT Compliance Coordinator. Maintain record, data accuracy, reference and other type of RT related documentations. Updating and maintenance of customer and vehicle data in Toll master tool for toll monthly calculation. Regularly update invoice tracking tool Tracking monthly/quarterly KPI and Dashboard for TM/TOST submission. Support RTC for ad-hoc analysis data and data download. Monitoring visual monitoring board. To assist in scheduling meetings, event, research information, prepare briefing documents presentations and other general administrative duties as and when required Manage overall administration of the project, as required by BOM and Project Lead. Qualification : Bachelor Degree in any field Min 1-2 years of working experience in clerical / administrative duties. Good at data analyzing, database management and reporting. Able to work with others, good interpersonal skill and have problem-solving skills. Multitasking - able to handle many tasks and demonstrate a willingness to take on responsibilities that might lay outside their area of expertise. Good communication in English. 12 months contract position is available Able to work in Kuala Lumpur
