• Secure reliable and cost-effective transportation for local deliveries within Malaysia and outbound deliveries to Singapore.
• Create purchase orders in Coupa for distribution costs, generate shipment numbers, and update shipment costs within SAP.
• Prepare Delivery Notes and Commercial Invoices for accurate shipment documentation.
• Assist with requests for Certificates of Origin (COA) and other necessary documents to ensure smooth customs clearance.
• Upload necessary documents (K2) into the SAP system for efficient record keeping.
• Track the movement of trucks and containers to maintain visibility and ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist colleagues with queries related to transportation rates.

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Basic understanding and experience in using SAP system (advantageous).
• Knowledge of transportation and customs declaration processes (advantageous).
• Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and problem-solving approach.
