• Always practice Safety as the top priority for all works either by service provider or internal team.
• Coordinating with other departments within an organization, such as human resources or human resources, to ensure that policies are followed
• Reviewing safety procedures in vehicles and equipment to ensure they are working properly
• Establishing routes and schedules for drivers to follow
• Ensuring that drivers are following company policies and procedures, including safety measures and disciplinary actions if necessary
• Oversee inspections of vehicles to identify and resolve issues.
• Oversee the daily schedule and weekly routes.
• Checking and analyse with service provider on vehicle maintenance report and repair reports.
• Oversee the cleanliness of the vehicles both inside and outside.
• Able to work independently when needed, provide coaching to the drivers/service provider and report all the job status to Facilities Operation Manager.
• Other\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities as assign by Facilities Operation Manager.

Job Requirement

• Preferably with Transportation/Shuttle experience with more than 2 years
• Proven experience and understanding of logistics
• Experience in planning routes
• Solid understanding of managing service provider staff in the role of transport
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Good Team player and great teamwork. Able to handle multi tasks
• Ability to interact with different level people/employee in same/different organization. Coordinate the breakdown repair
• Can read and speak in English and Malay
