• Job Title: Customer Service (Mandarin) - Travel Support
• Location: Cyberjaya
• Employment Type: Permanent / Full-time
• Work Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts
• Start Date: Dec Onwards

• Handle customer enquiries related to bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

• Support customers via calls, chat, and email (depending on assignment)
