KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to identify and communicate with the shop lead hand for the proper placement of the torque turn system and proper operating procedure with the torque sub, transmitter, receiver etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 To check pipe and get all pipe specs and torques from clients representative \xe2\x80\xa2 To enter necessary job information into laptop for all specs \xe2\x80\xa2 Operate tubing / casing manual and power tongs, power units, handling, thread monitoring equipment, Fill up & Circulating tools, Stabber less system and positioning devices and TRS equipment relevant to the operation within Client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and in compliance with TRS Work Instructions, Procedures and Competence System to maintain integrity of the Client\xe2\x80\x99s wells. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for maintain, Rig Up / Down and function check of TRS equipment relevant to the operation in compliance with TRS Work Instructions ensuring the equipment is operational. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform visual inspection and assess the quality of threaded connections, accepts or reject connections and judge the integrity of a connection \xe2\x80\xa2 Select correct TRS equipment for a specific job, taking into consideration OCTG sizes, grades and weights limitations and equipment availability \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise and advise the client representative and crew on the integrity or condition of the client\xe2\x80\x99s tubing / casing prior to the operation commencing. All checks must conform to the TRS Work Instructions and procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with Company base support staff to ensure adequate equipment is available at the worksite to meet operational requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for ensuring that all TRS equipment is returned to the yard highlighting any faults. Any thread monitoring and other TRS equipment which is to remain onboard for future operations will be logged with the Client and detailed on the operation report and brought to the Field Engineer and customer coordinators attention. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and set TMS units parameter according to specific operation job requirements and ensure fit for purpose. \xe2\x80\xa2 Downloading graphs post operations and reporting on TMS results and performance of connections \xe2\x80\xa2 Following return from a job location, you are required to contact the Base Manager / Superior immediately. You are responsible for establishing close contact with the base at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 When so directed by the Supervisor, you are required to assist with onshore bucking work and
